     Single Listing Customers: Please follow the instructions below

1. There is a listing fee associated with each listing -See Rates

2. You must set up an account (one time) and to do that you must "Register" (Please read instructions below before Registering- Step #11)

3. After your account is set up you are ready to "Place an Ad"

4. Click "Place an Ad" and select a general category - Example - Real Estate

5. Select  the subcategory that best suites your item - Example -Homes For Sale

6. So, your general category would be "Real Estate" and the subcategory would be "Homes For Sale"

7. Fill out the listing form and click the "Submit Listing Information" button.

8. After submitting the Listing Information you will be directed to a "Payment" page.

9. On the Payment page you can pay via PayPal, Credit Card or call Customer Service and use your credit card. 615-673-1112
   ( Those that would like to pay by check may send them to the address listed below, activation will be upon receipt of check )

10. Pictures: after payment is received your listing will be activated and you may upload the pictures.

11. Click Here to get Started: "Register"
