What is IDX?
(Information Data Exchange)
The IDX system is an agreement between brokers to share listing
information to produce higher visibility on the internet. So, if an agent has
a website/s this listing information is made available by the MLS to be
displayed on the selected sites.
How will this work with
TheDailyClassifieds.Com?
TheDailyClassifieds.Com will create a new "Agent
Profile Website"
within the TDC system.

Once the Website has been created, the agent's MLS listing information
(For SALE and RENT) will be
displayed
via the IDX feed. New listings and changes are made
daily.
What will the listings
look like?
The listings will appear in the same high quality format as any TDC listing.

How do I make changes to my
listings?
Changes will automatically be made with each daily data upload but you still
have the ability to customize your listing within our system.
(Uploads are scheduled everyday at 5am)
Open House listings cannot be uploaded. But,
you can place all listings
with the easy to use TDC listing entry system.
